Rupert Thompson
PMHNP-BC
Rupert, PMHNP-BC, is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in inpatient psychiatry. His clinical journey began as a psychiatric technician, progressed to a registered nurse, and culminated in earning his Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University. He is also a proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Rupert brings a deep understanding of psychiatric care, with a particular interest in ADHD and providing comprehensive mental health support across the lifespan. His approach is rooted in empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to holistic care.
Outside of his clinical work, Rupert enjoys traveling and immersing himself in diverse cultures, which broadens his perspective on mental health. He is also passionate about exercise and weight training and strongly advocates for integrating physical wellness into mental health treatment. He believes that physical health, in combination with medication and behavioral therapies, is a vital component of overall mental well-being.
